Private billing 
Kindly note that we Privately Bill appointments on weekdays between 7am–8am, from 5pm onwards, and all day on weekends. During these times, all appointments attract a fee, regardless of concession status or age.

 

Mixed billing 
Outside of the above mentioned times all appointments are Mixed billing.

 

Telehealth appointments
All telehealth consultations are also Privately Billed in accordance with our Practice Policy, regardless of concession or health care card status and age.

The following are NOT bulk billed:

  • Pre-employment health checks
  • Occupational Health
  • Worker’s Compensation
  • No valid Medicare card
  • Commercial Drivers License

Why We No Longer Bulk Bill All Patients

Due to increasing operational costs, including wages, insurance, medical supplies, and utilities, it is financially unsustainable to provide high-quality medical care while bulk billing all patients. The Medicare rebate has not kept pace with inflation and does not fully cover the cost of delivering quality care. To maintain our standards, we now offer mixed billing.

Appointments

Consultation is by appointment. Urgent cases will be seen on the day of request and will always be given priority. Appointments can be made by telephoning the practice, booking online or by visiting the practice in person.

Longer consultations are available; please advise reception if you require extra time when booking your appointment. If you require an insurance medical, review of a complex health problem, counseling for emotional difficulties or a second opinion about someone else’s management, please book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please bring relevant letters and test results from other doctors.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $50 payable prior to any further bookings. For certain appointment types or with specific practitioners, this fee may vary.

Translator Services

We offer interpreter services for patients and their family members who need language assistance. Please notify us at the time of booking if this service is required.
